Everett Gayle Asher, Oil Painter/Watercolorist

For more than 30 years Gayle was a graphics designer and art director in New York City. He received his training at the National Academy of Design in New York and the Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, FL. With retirement came the opportunity for Gayle to refocus his creative efforts into fine art. A teacher and painter, Gayle has won numerous awards including the Connecticut Watercolor Society Annual Award Show, the Spectrum Show in New Canaan and the Mavis Fenner Juried Show in Rowayton, CT. In addition, he has received first place awards for the past several years at the Walter Brooks Memorial Juried Show, also in Rowayton. Gayle resides in Clinton.
